Who we are

This website is published by Thirdguard Ltd (“ThirdGuard”, “we”, “us”). Thirdguard Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 15306816. Our registered office is at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.

What we collect

Nothing. We don’t collect personal data through this website. There are no accounts, cookies, analytics or tracking, and the enquiry form does not currently send or store anything you type into it.

Services the site relies on

Like any website, this one uses two providers that handle a small amount of technical data when a page loads:

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel. Its servers record standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use this data to identify you. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
• Fonts. The site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when it delivers them. See Google’s privacy policy.

Both providers may process this data outside the UK, including in the United States.

If you follow our link to LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies there.

If you write to us at enquiries@thirdguard.com, we use your message and contact details only to reply, and keep them no longer than we need to.

Your rights

Because we don’t keep personal data from your visit, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You still have rights under UK data protection law, and you can ask us any question about privacy at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this notice

If the site starts collecting personal data, for example when the enquiry form goes live, we’ll update this notice before it does.
